		<description>It&#039;s easy to make the mistake of burning the candle at both ends when you are convinced you are enjoying yourself.  However, it is important to take breaks to keep yourself fresh.  Being 1% off can cause 5% drop in performance -  which applies to pretty much anything you do.  

I must say, I wouldn&#039;t mind swinging in the same repetitive motion.  It would take 12 strokes off my round.   :roll:</description>
