Well…. hat’s off to John Wade today on his -10 round. What a great round and I had the pleasure of seeing it in person. We teed off 13 and were both 3 under through six holes. But then John turned up the heat and had a run of eagle (holed a gap wedge!!), birdie, birdie, birdie. Very impressive.

What was the best part of today…..

My group started this morning on the 15th. A few holes later we hit the par 5, 1st, 455m. Driver over the right trap left me 172m just off the right side of the fairway. I had to hood a 7 iron to hit a draw which flied high, landed 6ft in front of the flag and rolled into the hole. ALBATROSS!!! YEE HA!!!

For the record: Titleist Pro V1, number 3 😀
